If you have graduated with a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management then this Graduate entry position is going to be perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

• Going through customer contract requirements to identify any issues that could arise
• Checking all supporting contract documents to ensure all documentation is in place
• Conducting Site visits to check that all measurement sheets were correct
• Assisting with preparing planning permission and development applications
• Ensuring clients are billed in accordance with contract agreements
• Preparing costing reports on a monthly basis for all projects being completed
