Our founding directors Angela Burton and Cathy Bolton know more than anyone that the most valuable asset of a company is their people. This is true for our own team. Our unusually low staff turnover – some of our colleagues have been here from the beginning – is the best proof of our commitment to finding people who are happy and successful in their job.
