A good all-rounder is required by this professional organisation to work as an Administrator and provide general support.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Assisting in the office with a wide range of administrative tasks
  • - Managing incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to relevant staff member
  • - Preparing a wide range of documentation including client correspondence
  • - Sending out terms of business and welcome letters to new clients
  • - Maintaining client database records and updating details held when needed
  • - Completing submissions on behalf of clients for the HMRC and Companies House
