Description

 

A bright and enthusiastic and highly professional Receptionist with good administration skills is required to join this growing local Company, this is a varied role with lots of responsibility.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

- Meeting and greeting visitors in the reception area and announcing their arrival

- Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to relevant staff member

- Dealing with incoming enquiries where possible and resolving queries

- Maintaining client database records and updating information when needed

- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and reports

- Monitoring stationary levels and ensuring there is paper in all office machines
