Description

A confident and hardworking Receptionist/Administrator with strong people skills is required to join this growing local organisation, there will be plenty of opportunity to progress with this rapidly expanding organisation.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • - Managing the reception area, greeting visitors to the Company and announcing their arrival
  • - Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to relevant staff member
  • - Managing diary schedule for use of meeting rooms and ensuring they are prepared on meeting days
  • - Organising client lunches and looking after client needs or requirements when they are on Site
  • - Booking international travel requirements, hotel accommodation and taxi services for management team
  • - Co-ordinating conference calls for the management team and preparing daily schedules
