Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the reception area and providing a warm welcome for visitors to the organisation
- Managing incoming telephone calls and transferring call or assisting callers where possible
- Undertaking a wide range of typing including correspondence and confidential reports
- Checking goods received against purchase orders and delivery notes and processing invoices
- Assisting with organising events, open days and other functions as an when needed
- Maintaining manual and computerised database records and management information system
