 Some of your duties will include:

  • Providing essential support to the Contract Manager on a day to day basis
  • Assisting with the management and fulfilment of client contracts requirements
  • Managing planned and reactive maintenance requirements and logging on computer system
  • Allocating work to be completed to in-house maintenance team and sub contractors
  • Tracking jobs being completed from instigation stage through to successful completion
  • Arranging access to sites for both reactive and planned works as needed
