If you have good all round knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes then this position for a HR Co-ordinator will be perfect for you.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Assisting the HR Manager with the day to day management of the HR function
  • - Managing the full recruitment cycle from instigation stage through to appointment
  • - Ensuring that all new starters followed and completed the induction programme
  • - Maintaining HR records, ensuring DBS records and right to work documentation is up to date
  • - Managing all employee matters including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
  • - Overseeing performance appraisal system and ensuring staff appraisals are carried out
