Some of your duties will include:

• Managing the sale or letting of residential property in the Harrow and surrounding area
• Liaising with property owners and advising them on the value of their property
• Collecting information on properties, arranging photographs and preparing advertisements
• Meeting with prospective buyers and tenants, establishing their needs and recommending suitable properties
• Co-ordinating property viewings and negotiating purchase or rental agreements
• Monitoring property sales and liaising with Solicitors, Surveyors and Mortgage Brokers
