One of our favourite clients are seeking a Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk to provide general support in their busy Accounts Department.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Assisting in the Accounts Department with a wide range of tasks
  • Inputting both sales and purchase invoices onto the accounts system
  • Checking that purchase invoices received match purchase orders raised
  • Calling clients when needed to chase overdue payments due
  • Ensuring that supplier payments are processed on a weekly basis
  • Collating expense claims from staff and processing for payment
