Some of your duties will include:

• Managing the accounts receivable function and minimising the risk of bad debt
• Collating information and processing all sales invoices on the computer system
• Receiving and allocating payments received against invoices and preparing payment reports
• Chasing overdue payments by telephone, email and by correspondence
• Preparing monthly aged debt reports and detailing category of debt
• Discussing, agreeing and processing payment instalment plans when needed
