Some of your duties will include:

• - Providing extensive administrative and customer service support in a busy Sales Administration Department
• - Answering incoming telephone calls from clients, establishing their requirements and recommending suitable products
• - Inputting client orders onto the computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery
• - Liaising with external delivery contractors and arranging deliveries in the UK and overseas
• - Conducting research into potential new clients and sending out sales and marketing literature
• - Maintaining computerised client database records and updating information held on a daily basis
