Corporate Services Officer
Description
If you like variety and have an eclectic variety of skills then this position for a Corporate Services Officer will really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Supporting the day to day management of the office and administration function
- Assisting the senior management team and providing support to the Board of management
- Co-ordinating committee and Board meetings and providing administrative support
- Providing support with HR matters, maintaining staff records and organising staff training
- Managing diary schedule for CEO and reminding them of any meetings that are coming up
- Ensuring there is an adequate supply of stationery and office supplies at all times
