This very respected local Company are in need of an Sales Administrator with excellent people skills, this position would suit someone who is seeking a role in which to develop their career and where there would be the opportunity to progress.


Some of your duties will include:


  • Supporting a really busy Sales Department and managing orders received from clients
  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls and promoting products and services provided
  • Setting up orders to be processed on the computer system and allocating stock required
  • Tracking progress of customer orders from instigation stage right through to successful delivery stage
  • Dealing with any order queries that occur and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Raising invoices, processing client payments and sending out receipts confirming payment
