If you have worked in the medical sector in the past then this position for a Clinical Services Administrator will really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Managing incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries
- - Handling admission enquiries and providing information on services provided
- - Co-ordinating appointments for potential service users to have a medical assessment
- - Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and reports
- - Registering new residents and maintaining accurate clinical records
- - Purchasing stationery, supplies and equipment obtaining best possible price
