Sales Administrator
Description
This growing local Company requires the help of an efficient Sales Administrator with the skills it takes to build and maintain excellent business relationships with clients throughout the UK.
Some of your duties will include:
- Working as part of the sales administration team and dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries
- Providing extensive administrative support for the sales team with the processing of customer orders
- Creating accurate customer quotations within agreed timescales and tracking progress
- Responding to customer enquiries, liaising with sales team to resolve issues in relation to deliveries
- Sourcing pricing information from the sales team when required in order to raise sales invoices
- Providing information to customers on products provided when needed and sending out sales brochures
