A good all-rounder with strong administration skills is required to join this really exciting organisation and provide support in their busy Customer Service Department


Some of your duties will include:


  • Providing efficient administrative support in the Customer Service Department
  • Processing purchase orders and setting up new product details on computer system
  • Managing sales orders received and processing through to delivery stage
  • Allocating stock required to meet customer requirements and arranging deliveries
  • Checking that shipments contained customer order requirements and were despatched to deadline
  • Dealing with any customer issues relating to returns, delivery and quality matters
