£30,000 + Pension + Parking + 25 days holiday

 

A keen and enthusiastic Order Processing Administrator is required to join a highly successful organisation who requires an extra team member.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • Managing customer order requirements from instigation stage through to delivery
  • Liaising extensively with clients and building successful business relationships
  • Dealing with clients in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world
  • Managing customer orders received and setting up details on computer system
  • Allocating stock required to meet order requirements and co-ordinating deliveries
  • Preparing required documentation needed to accompany order and liaising with carriers
