Description
A really ‘different’ role for a competent Administrator capable of dealing with people from all walks of life in a really fascinating environment.
Some of your duties will include:
- Ensuring that all administrative processes of Salesroom Release Department are managed effectively
- Ensuring all goods going out of Department are recorded accurately on system
- Working closely with the saleroom staff to ensure correct items are released from storage
- Liaising with Haulage Companies, carriers and individuals regarding lots held
- Ensuring appropriate identification is produced and recorded before lots are released
- Dealing with instructions for deliveries or return of items to the Saleroom
