Customer Excellence Officer
Description
If you are an experience Customer Excellence Officer with strong front line skills then this role could be perfect for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Pro-actively managing and delivering the best possible customer experience
- Liaising with customers prior to projects starting to confirm all details are accurate
- Distributing temporary applications to customers as and when needed
- Engaging with customers throughout project and providing support when required
- Working with Site Managers and managing any complaints received
- Collating customer feedback – good and bad and preparing reports
