Secretary/Administrator

If you enjoy variety and love being busy then this role as a Secretary/Administrator could really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting in the office with a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and reports
- Fielding telephone calls and dealing with a wide range of client enquiries
- Maintaining supplier relationships, contracts and approving invoices for payment
- Assisting with the billing and invoice function on a monthly basis
