Some of your duties will include:


  • - Processing sales orders from a variety of e-commerce platforms
  • - Liaising with despatch team, allocating stock, arranging deliveries
  • - Managing sales orders from instigation through to completion
  • - Ensuring accurate stock is monitored and maintained
  • - Taking payments from customers, reconciling card payments
  • - Updating / maintaining database of customer accounts
