Some of your duties will include:

• Managing four residential children’s homes and ensuring regulatory requirements are met
• Establishing and maintaining a safe, nurturing and structured environment for children
• Recruiting, training and developing a strong, child-focused staff team
• Developing and implementing care plans in line with individual needs
• Ensuring that homes operate in full compliance with Ofsted regulations
• Acting as designed safeguarding lead and promoting a strong safeguarding culture
