Receptionist
Description
If you would like to join a dynamic organisation, then this Receptionist position with a really ‘unique’ organisation could really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the reception area, greeting visitors and announcing their arrival
- Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring caller to relevant staff member
- Managing general enquiry calls and providing information on services provided
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and emails
- Maintaining computerised database records and updating details held when needed
- Completing research on behalf of the sales team utilising a variety of media
