Description

If you would like to join a dynamic organisation, then this Receptionist position with a really ‘unique’ organisation could really suit you.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • Managing the reception area, greeting visitors and announcing their arrival
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring caller to relevant staff member
  • Managing general enquiry calls and providing information on services provided
  • Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and emails
  • Maintaining computerised database records and updating details held when needed
  • Completing research on behalf of the sales team utilising a variety of media
