Some of your duties will include:

• Managing a portfolio of rented residential properties in the Middlesex area
• Advising and guiding Landlords on the management of their properties
• Dealing with day to day maintenance issues and undertaking routine property visits
• Co-ordinating refurbishment works including obtaining quotations and managing contracts
• Ensuring that all properties comply with health and safety legislation and statutory obligations
• Co-ordinating end of tenancy deposit dilapidations and if required dealing with despite
