If you would like to work in a school then this position for a Personal Assistant could be a perfect choice for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Providing a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service for the Head Teachers
- - Creating complex documents, reports, letters, emails and spreadsheets
- - Organising meetings and co-ordinating follow up actions for the Headteacher
- - Filtering telephone enquiries, taking messages or relaying information
- - Managing diary arrangements and co-ordinating committee meetings
- - Updating academic calender and timetables for staff appraisals and other requirements
