Some of your duties will include:

• Generating data extracts that inform commercial team and aid the meeting of business objectives
• Creating and distributing scheduled and adhoc data analysis reports from CRM
• Employing clear graphical data representations and visualisations where necessary
• Working with the marketing team to improve segmentation and targeting when needed
• Producing reports on changes of upgrades needed to CRM system when needed
• Acting as lead in CRM related projects to optimised customer experience
