Some of your duties will include:

• Managing prestigious residential development comprising of 100 luxury apartments
• Oversee all estate staff including reception and maintenance teams
• Acting as primary point of contact for residents and dealing with any queries
• Ensuring all common areas, leisure facilities, grounds and car parks are maintained
• Managing statutory and regulatory health and safety, fire safety and security compliance
• Administering the estates service charge budget in collaboration with managing agents
