Customer Service Executive
Description
This is a brilliant new role for an ambitious and focussed Customer Service Executive looking to join an established and progressive local Company where you really will hold a position of recognition in the Company.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the customer service function and ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times
- Maintaining regular contact with clients to identify future requirements and promote new products available
- Sending out sales and marketing literature to potential clients and developing new sales promotions
- Following up on leads and enquiries to ascertain client interest and converting these into confirmed sales orders
- Dealing with escalated customer complaints, investigating issues and finding a resolution promptly
- Monitoring the computerised customer database system ensuring information held is accurate and up to date
