Customer Service Executive
A bright and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive is required by this progressive organisation, you will need to be able to work effectively and efficiently and be able to build good relationships with clients and colleagues.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Managing orders from clients worldwide received via the internet, telephone and email.
- - Providing information and guidance to new clients on products provided and ordering process.
- - Processing orders received from instigation stage through to successful delivery
- - Allocating stock required to meet client requirements and arranging order deliveries
- - Maintaining accurate stock records and placing orders for new stock requirements
- - Maintaining computerised customer records and updating details held when necessary
