If you have helpdesk or similar experience then this position for a Customer Service Executive could be the perfect choice for you.


 Some of your duties will include:


  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls and dealing with general enquiries
  • Providing product information and giving information on general service requirements
  • Producing quotations for clients and managing pricing enquiries received
  • Ensuring that clients, resellers and the installation team are given correct information
  • Responding and following up on pre-installation queries that come in via telephone and email
  • Dealing with any product return queries and ensuring all matters are resolved
