Some of your duties will include:

• - Working with a team of Solicitors/Conveyancers specialising in commercial property
• - Assisting with managing the workflow for allocated fee earners
• - Liaising with clients and other third parties to progress client cases
• - Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry via online portal
• - Producing and submitting SDLT forms to the HMRC electronically
• - Preparing a wide range of correspondence and complex documentation
