If you have worked in the building sector and have knowledge of construction compliance then this role for a Compliance Manager will really suit you.

Some of your duties will include:

• - Ensuring the organisation is compliant in relation to the H&S of rental properties
• - Maintaining accurate records in respect to H&S of all properties
• - Identifying any compliance risks and making recommendation on works required
• - Producing budgets and programmes of work, recommendation and project plans
• - Developing positive working relationships with Contractors, suppliers and Consultants
• - Ensuring compliance work orders are raised and works completed prompt
