Description

This role is an excellent opportunity for an Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk with the determination to succeed to join a successful local organisation where there will be plenty of opportunity for advancement.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • Assisting with the production and administration of the day to day ledger function
  • Reconciling supplier statements with supplier’ account and processing cheque and BACs payments
  • Raising sales invoices and recording details of payments received onto client accounts
  • Reconciling client accounts and preparing weekly reports detailing overdue payments
  • Assisting with the credit control function, chasing overdue payments via telephone and email
  • Preparing weekly reports detailing income received and expenditure for the management team
