Some of your duties will include:

• Managing the sales administration function and supervising a Sales Support Assistant
• Liaising extensively with clients and building successful business relationships
• Managing order requirements received from clients from instigation through to delivery stage
• Ensuring that customer orders are priced, packed and despatched on schedule
• Checking new stock deliveries and ensuring they were stored appropriately in the warehouse
• Managing relationships with clients, suppliers and Shipping Agents
