Senior Accounts Clerk
Description
If you have all round accounts experience then this lovely role for an Senior Accounts Clerk will be perfect for you, you will be joining a small company and supporting the management of the accounts function.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting generally in the office with the accounts and finance function
- Checking supplier invoices and preparing cheque and BACs payments
- Raising sales invoices and recording details of payment received
- Monitoring client accounts and chasing overdue payments when needed
- Reconciling petty cash, staff expenses and corporate credit card payments
- Collating payroll data for PAYE workers and sub-contractors and forwarding to the Accountant
