Description

This established, local organisation are seeking an Office Administrator with good organisational skills to join their friendly and professional team and manage the administration function in their busy Sales Department.

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • Assisting in the Sales Office with a wide range of secretarial and administrative tasks
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to relevant staff members
  • Meeting and greeting visitors in the reception area and announcing their arrival
  • Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports and quotations
  • Co-ordinating travel arrangements for the team including, booking flights and accommodation
  • Assisting the team by sending out sales and marketing material and sourcing tender opportunities
