If paying suppliers is your forte then this role for Purchase Ledger Administrator will be perfect for you.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager and assisting with the management of the ledger
  • - Checking purchase invoice received and logging details on ledger system
  • - Allocating nominal codes to invoices and sending in relevant department for authorisation
  • - Reconciling supplier statements received in preparation for payment run
  • - Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs and producing cheque and BACs remittances
  • - Managing any invoice or payment queries received and resolving all issues
