A sales support person is required for this Customer Success Advisor position, so if you enjoy providing customer support you may want to consider this role.

Some of your duties will include:

• Proactively managing and delivering the best possible service for major customer account
• Maintaining regular contact with client throughout projects being completed
• Notifying clients of start dates for all new projects and ensuring everything is ready for works
• Informing client of any changes that are made to commitment in place
• Letting client know progress of projects being completed on a weekly basis
• Managing and resolving any incoming client enquiries or complaints received
