This role is perfect for a highly skilled and professional Secretary who would like to join a prestigious local Company and provide all round support for their Director and the senior management team.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing a high level of secretarial support for the Director and the senior management team
- Typing and distributing a wide range of general correspondence including emails and newsletters
- Managing busy diary schedules, co-ordinating meetings with clients and attending when needed to take minutes
- Managing the meeting room diary schedule, arranging equipment and, preparing refreshments when needed
- Maintaining computerised database systems and updating information held when necessary
- Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with general enquiries and transferring callers if necessary
