Working closely for the procurement function like the day to day procurement process and activity, ensuring optimal supplier performance. Being part of the end to end procurement processes including, document preparation, negotiations, contract awarding and supplier management. Ensuring purchasing activities reflect diverse requirements and overall business goals, as well as complying with all regulatory standards. Developing strong relationships with key suppliers and managing ongoing contractual relationships. Regularly reviewing long term agreements with existing suppliers and monitoring and improving supplier performance (delivery, price and quality).
Negotiating and agreeing on contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided. Providing continuous business and market analysis and benchmarking
Identifying new suppliers, agreeing to terms and negotiating supply agreements where appropriate. Devising and implementing action plans to reduce costs and improve service delivery time.
