Description

If you have some customer service experience and would like to move into an interesting sector then this role for a Trainee Sales Support Administrator will really suit you.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • - Providing all-round administration support in the Sales Department
  • - Inputting orders received from customers onto the computer system
  • - Informing customers by email and telephone or when orders will be ready
  • - Dealing mainly with resellers based throughout the UK and Ireland
  • - Maintaining accurate stock records and recording details of stock movement
  • - Administering the sale of used equipment on eBay and other sites
