Description

If you have good customer service skills then this role for a Spares Assistant will really suit you.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • Liaising with clients and managing their requirements for spare parts
  • Speaking to customers based throughout the UK and also managing email orders
  • Setting up order requirements on computer system and allocating stock requirements
  • Organising the despatch of orders via Fed ex, the post office and other carriers
  • Dealing with the return of any faulty items and co-ordinating replacement products
  • Managing stock levels, reordering stock when needed and phasing out obsolete stock
