Export Administrator
Description
If you have worked in logistics and a role as a Export Administrator would appeal to you then give us a call.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Organising domestic and international shipments in line with client requirements
- - Producing all documentation required to accompany orders being despatched
- - Preparing despatch notes, invoices, airway bills and dangerous goods notes
- - Ensuring shipments are processed in a timely manner to meet client expectations
- - Liaising with freight agents and couriers to co-ordinate the despatch of goods
- - Co-ordinating the despatch and collection of goods with the Warehouse Department
