Service Desk Supervisor
Description
An experienced Service Desk Supervisor is required to managing a busy team and co-ordinate client maintenance and repair requirements.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Managing the installation, maintenance and repair of specialist medical equipment
- - Supervising team Customer Service Co-ordinators and providing training support
- - Managing and scheduling daily workload for team of field based engineers
- - Allocating jobs to engineering team and ensuring set time frames are achieved
- - Managing any escalated customer service issues that occur and resolving all matters
- - Ensuring that equipment and spare parts are available to meet business needs
