Assistant Accountant
Description
If you are an accounts professional who has worked in the property sector then this position as an Assistant Accountant could really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Preparing service charge budgets and ensuring leaseholders were invoiced correctly
- Raising invoices and ensuring these were issued in a timely manner
- Recording payments received from leaseholder and chasing overdue accounts
- Completing monthly bank reconciliations and investigating any anomalies
- Managing balance sheet reconciliations at the end of each month
- Preparing service charge year end accounts for review and approval
