Service Administrator
Description

Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting the Manager with the day to day management of the Service Department
- Managing client maintenance requirements and preparing job sheets on the computer system
- Calculating cost of work to be completed and producing quotations for extra work that is needed
- Allocating jobs to be completed to team of Engineers of nominated Contractors and tracking progress
- Placing orders with suppliers for spare parts, checking and processing invoices for payment
- Tracking jobs being completed from instigation point through to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction
