Some of your duties will include:

• - Assisting with the day to day management of the accounts function
• - Working for Property Managers and clients in respect of accounting processes
• - Preparing annual service charge budgets and issuing demands to tenants
• - Completing monthly bank reconciliation and investigating any anomalies that occur
• - Producing monthly management report and issuing details to clients
• - Preparing annual accounts for audits including collating all supporting documentation
