This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Secretary/PA to join a very respected local Company, the role would be perfect for someone who enjoys variety in the workplace.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Providing executive secretarial and administrative support for the Chief Executive and senior Directors
  • - Typing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, emails, report and presentations
  • - Composing letters in response to routine enquiries and distributing weekly newsletter to clients
  • - Managing busy diary schedules, arranging internal/external meetings and preparing required papers
  • - Fielding incoming telephone calls, liaising with external contacts and transferring callers if necessary
  • - Assisting with administering major functions and events, liaising with suppliers and managing budgets
