Description
This role would be perfect for a professional Personal Assistant looking to join a successful local organisation in a role which offers lots of responsibility and variety.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support for Director and team of senior Managers
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports and meeting agendas
- Managing busy dairy schedules, co-ordinating meetings, preparing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
- Co-ordinating travel arrangements, booking accommodation and preparing detailed itineraries
- Fielding incoming telephone calls and managing a wide range of enquiries from clients and suppliers
- Collating monthly expense claims for team, checking receipts and processing for payment
