This is a really exciting new role within an expanding Company in the local area which requires a hardworking and enthusiastic Secretary with good administrative skills to provide support for their sales team.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Providing extensive secretarial and administrative support for the busy sales team
  • Preparing a wide variety of documentation including correspondence, emails and sales proposals
  • Answering incoming telephone calls, establishing caller requirements and dealing with general enquiries
  • Providing information on product prices to new clients and preparing detailed quotations on their behalf
  • Inputting client orders onto computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery stage
  • Maintaining computerised database system and ensuring customer details are kept up to date at all times
