This is a great opportunity to work for a growing business, so if you are a Secretary with good administration skills this could be the job for you.


Some of your duties will include:


  • - Providing all round administrative and secretarial support in the general office
  • - Preparing a range of documentation including correspondence, reports and proposals
  • - Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with clients and Site worker general enquiries
  • - Managing Health and Safety files any other legislative information required for work being completed
  • - Ordering any necessary materials required for work to be carried out and arranging delivery to Site
  • - Checking sub-contractor invoices received and processing for payment on accounts system
